Allegro offers studio classes, personal training, corporate wellness, and boot camps.
I'm only familiar with their classes, but I would rate the studio a solid 5-stars.
When I moved to Grand Rapids, I looked online for a gym that offered a variety of classes at various times of day to work with my schedule and interests. Allegro fit the bill. They were offering a 2-week trial for just $25 so I took advantage of that and checked them out. I was hooked pretty quickly. Their class sizes are small (never more than 20 people), studio is clean, instructors are knowledgable and motivating, and members are friendly. Plus they offer such variety of classes (circuit training, boxing, TRX, mat pilates, strength training, spin, and more!) that I'm able to keep my exercise routine diverse and balanced. Signing up for classes is convenient (I can do it on my phone through the MindBody app) and I'm almost always able to get into the classes I want. They do let you pay for drop-in classes, but you'll get a better deal if you sign up for an extended membership.
I've been going there now for about 6 months and I've noticed significant positive changes to my body, strength, flexibility, stamina, and attitude. I am very happy with Allegro and would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys exercising in group settings and wants to change their life for the better. :)
The only downside to the studio, in my opinion, is that parking can be a little tough in the evenings. I frequently park down the street in a neighborhood.
