Great gym hidden in downtown Grand Rapids. Staff is awesome and a variety of classes are always offered for a great lunch workout. Indoor basketball court as well.
Great location! Great equipment! Very friendly staff. Very nice locker rooms with sauna and steam rooms. Never too busy! Even during peak.
Calm and friendly staff, Noone running around telling you not to drop weights in the event that you have to abandon a lift.
