Great place. It can get competitive so bring your A game. The rim's are nice and the courts are good...nice weight room n track. Awesome dance studio. Affordable
I can play in here all day long, every exercise and sports available with a fee.
I work out with a Trainer 2 days a week. There is a Lot of Equipment to choose from And a Swimming pool to use. They just fixed up the Locker rooms but I have not been in the pool since. Only Problem with the Pool is the walk you have to get there. If Your not Able To walk Distances there is benches to sit and rest on. The parking Ramp is also a Problem as it's a walk to get in the Building so Like I Say you have to be able to walk to get anywhere HERE. So I give this a low score because it's so much walking. Other than the walk there is allot to do here. Nice people always helpful.
I've been a member for years and really enjoy it! Fabulous walking path that overlooks the bball court. Great Cybex machine room. Lots of classes included too!
Great but i wish there pool would open earlier.
Great place to work out. Stagg friendly and helpful. Only drawbacks are the limited hours and lack of air condioning. Very seldom is there a lot of people.

There are plenty of options for a great workout: weight machines, racket ball courts, cardio machines, a running track, basketball and volleyball courts, and a functional fitness area.
