From free weights, weight lifting machines, treadmills, Ellipticals, arc trainers, Gauntlet Stepmills, Basketball Leagues, Basketball Camps, Private and Group Basketball training, Volleyball Leagues, Private Volleyball Training, Tennis, Racquetball, Squash, Swimming, swimming lessons, a therapeutic pool. Water Slides and much Much more.
The locker Room facilities are amazing -showers, Hot Tubs, Steam Rooms, Dry Suanas, Cold Plunges Fresh Clean towel service with shaving Cream, after Shave, Q tips, deodorant, soap and Shampoo..
The MAC also has a full service restaurant with Healthy tasty meal choices, delicious fresh ingredients for smoothies and you can your meal ready for you right after you workout just call ahead.
The MAC also offers Therapeutic Massage to keep your muscles relaxed and your body ready to go.
The MAC is the Spot for Fitness. I know I missed some stuff. But trust me the MAC has it all.
Overall very nice gym. Lots of equipment. Friendly staff. Gym is expensive, however value outweighs the cost in my opinion.
Great place to workout, play tennis and chill. I would highly recommend!
Very disappointed! I have been member for last 3-4 years now. Every year they raise membership fee $2 for single $4 for couple and $6 for family in the name of equipment replacement and maintenance. See other members comment here how well they take care of the equipment.
Last month they decreased the hours of operation in the name of "Security Reasons" (Security, seriously thank you for decreasing to 10PM because I really felt unsecured leaving at 10:30PM, what a joke), Now I feel that I have to pay more with decreased hours, wonderful!!
Showers have mold!
Steam room was working perfectly fine until a light bulb burned out and they shut down the steam room for over a month to fix entire room. After the fix, now they can't fix the temperature, its either burning hot or not at all, which results now the room is always crowded because it doesn't get hot at all.
Only going there because this place has squash courts. If I find squash courts anywhere else I would leave in a heartbeat.
Membership Office staff is not friendly at all.
People at the front desk who checks you in is always friendly thou.

Before you join the MAC question whether you want to pay excessive fees for equipment that does not work, has a service ticket on it for repair for months, shower facilities that do not meet minimum standards for cleanliness, pools that are so busy you can't swim and services that you do not use all of which are provided to you by an upper management who treat members with disrespect and indifference. I suggest you join the Y, Planet Fitness or another facility.
Nice facility, absolutely horrible customer service and business practices. Stay away unless you are using a guest pass.
I give Sparrow a three not because of the Drs and nurse's, and maybe it's growing pains but appointment times are difficult to get and the billing has lots of room for improvement.

Great place! The changing rooms are well kept by the staff and the equipment and pools are always well kept.
Great gym! Something for everyone. Everything is well maintained. I go in mornings, never any problems getting any equipment. Largest indoor track in the area. It has fairly sharp corners, but banked, so it's not too bad as long as you're not sprinting.

Very large club with much to do. Staff is great, members are kind. Facility is fantastic
I went there as quest, loved the place especially outdoor pool, and became a member. Great place to spend time with kids, they have daycare while you exercising, no more excuses.
Excellent facility ,great treatment from the management and the staff and always happy to be there.Their smoothies are great and tasty and the personal trainers very knowledgeable .No reason to ever discontinue my membership (:
Good, healthy options. The food tasted great and I was able to make an amazing custom salad. A little on the expensive side for what you get. Staff were quite friendly and helpful.
Fun to get all the kids energy out. Fun for Bday parties.
