Great gym enjoy working out here close to home lots of great equipment they just replaced the equipment and it's all brandnew it's very nice
I like the location on Huron more as the smell of B/O for one located on central is strong
I prefer this Fit4Less to the others. Excellent space, staff are knowledgeable and willing to help, and the equipment is always functional.
I don't go there anymore because I moved to the country. But loved being a member when I lived in the city.
For a price is a good place once you finish work out just walk out to LCBO next door and get yourself a cold beer awesone..

When i first came here its was great. But now the Showers and sauna don't come on until 7am.
It doesn't work with morning schedules before work. Looking for a better gym.
Great price and I never have a problem getting equipment because I go so early in the morning, however there is always quite a lot of broken machines
This is by far the best Fit 4 Less in all of southern Ontario. THEY ACTUALLY HAVE SQUAT RACKS! Most fit 4 less locations I have been to are focused on taking money for a menial gym experience. If you are looking to get a good sweat in this is a great gym and a favourite of mine.

Since the renovation, theres been 3 instances where my card beeped and I couldn't enter. Not sure if I tried entering after the 1 second the gate allows you to enter after swiping your card but then I found out I had to wait 30 minute before trying to enter again. This has ruined my routine and since I come after hours there's no one to allow me in.

Perfect equipment and good price but the showers are not working anymore before 7 am after the renovation wich is kind of awkward because i really needed that before I am going to work and it was supposed to improve the services not to cut them

Although, price is cheap; at that time, I paid yearly contract I liked the hours of tan booth, etc. But now, everything changed with the limited time using tan booth, etc., which is not suitable to my routine schedule anymore. One more thing, air flow needs to be checked, there s foul smell at times.

Their obviously trying 2 go the cheapo route and cut tanning hours. Which is funny beacuase the tanning us advertised as "unlimited" this place was awesome before the renovation. Now its average at best.

The change rooms aren't very nice, sometimes the water in the spray bottles smells like potatoes, it's busy, the air flow isn't enough. But! You can't argue with the pricing. Its sooooo cheap and the equipment works good enough to get your work out in so it's tough to complain. Great value.

gym has good equipment but smellls sometimes and is very busiy. Customer service is hard to talk, they make "go away" face everytyme you come up to them and there tone is rude only the big guy even sounds like he wants to help you. Gym equipment 5 stars, service 3 stars.
Cheap. You get what you pay for. Disorganized Weights. Machines are constantly broken down without repair insight. Mind you I'm talking about the one on Central Avenue. There's much room for improvement but hey at least there's dumbbells right.
Best gym in Windsor! Tons of equipment, cheap, and nice people. I don't know what smell people are talking about, it smells fine to me!
I like this place for the price only. On my first visit to this place the bald man with the large beard ignored my knocking and pressing the buzzer and made another associate get the door while he stared at me. Not the best but not the worst either
Need to fix stair master machines. Main reason why I go to this location. Only 2 working at the moment. Otherwise great gym.
Great value. Plenty of leg press machines. It is the best Fit4Less location in Windsor based on size, location and variety of machines. This location also has full locker rooms with showers and sauna. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the smell. Makes me want to finish my workout quicker tbh. This is not one of those boutique gyms.
Have been using this gym for about 4 years. I really enjoy all the different levels of fitness that are supported there. Everyone welcome feeling :)

HOWEVER, it has maintained the grungy no b.s. atmosphere from it's lifestyle days. It's a great atmosphere to workout in, though the fit4less radio that is played at every location leaves something to be desired. It is also, as compared to other locations, huge. There's a ton of equipment and you'll always have access to what you need. Several other locations I've visited only have Smith machines and no squat racks. Pleased to say, you'll find the squat racks here. For it's faults, this location certainly makes up for it through access to whatever equipment you need and solid atmosphere.
