Fantastic experience! I started out just dropping in, but before long, I was looking forward to the next workout of the day (which is totally not like me, lol). The coaches and athletes created a fitness environment that made me eager to be part of on the regular. They understood the importance of scaling my workouts and freely shared their knowledge of proper form to maximize my experience, while building my strength. The results after a few short weeks resulted in me feeling stronger physically and mentally. Aside from the attributes for my personal fitness, the people were super nice. That was a big deal for me because I had just moved to Windsor and didn't know many people outside of work. A member took me out sailing on a rest day, and taught me the ropes (bad pun) of navigating the river! What a cool, nice thing for him to do! There were fun activities the coaches set up along the way as well; Medicine ball volleyball, renting out a pool in the city, and just having a good old fashion BBQ. Anyways, bottom line is that it challenged me physically/mentally and I reaped the benifiets ten fold. Thanks CFAL!!!
