I am so grateful for having found this space. The instructors are all wonderful. Yoga has brought about great changes. I would highly recommend. Great to see something this good going down in the city.

Absolutely loved my experience here! It was my first time even doing Yoga and I will definitely be back for more. I was nervous with this being my first time but everyone made me feel so welcome and the instructor was great. I didn't feel lost at all even as a beginner so i would totally recommend it!

I've practiced in Detroit for about 3 yrs, and visited a lot of studios, but this is my yoga home! Teachers know their stuff, lots of verbal adjustments to help you really relax into the poses, and everyone's friendly, plus easy parking. Best of all, membership for unlimited classes is a steal! The noon and late night classes really work out for my schedule; I go 2-4x a week. Love this place.
