The Barre Code provides challenging-but-doable workouts in a lovely setting with great instructors who motivate and inspire while never being negative or saccharine. They offer a variety of classes that keep things interesting and not repetitive - from the baseline strength class to HIIT, hot classes, and yoga. It's not at all intimidating and the classes really can be done by most fitness levels. I especially appreciate that even though I skew older than the average members, I've never felt uncomfortable - quite the opposite! Both students and teachers are so friendly and encouraging - I'm really glad I found this place!
