Got a Groupon back in 2013 when I was in USA on business, when I moved here permanently in 2014 I joined up and have been a member since.
The workouts are great, trainers are mostly excellent (I miss some of the old trainers) the classes are motivating and energetic. They are good for all levels as you can set your own level of exertion, there's a very wide range of abilities and ages, and an even split of gender.
Everyone will SWEAT. #HardWorkPaysOff
Hour classes are 15 minutes of general cardio warm up, 8 x 3 minute HIIT boxing rounds, and then 15 minutes of core.
There's also a few machines and plenty of free weights to use, and they offer personal training which I would love to afford to make use of, it looks great.
Expensive (but what gym classes aren't?!) and if you are motivated to actually go, then it's not bad value.
