Great 24/7 gym right off of Grafton st in Worcester. The gym has all major equipment and plenty of treadmills, bikes, a row machine. Staff is always welcoming and approachable. Most importantly gym is always clean and organized.... more

Great exercise program. Focused on health more than appearance. Wonderful instructors..I exercise at the JCC about 5 times a week. The fitness center is light and airy and has a full variety of machines and free weights.... more

Overall this Crunch location is ok. When equipment breaks it's fixed fairly quickly. However, there is a Large amount of members which leads to crowding at prime time. Meaning you may have to re-structure your workout differently, because you are waiting for equipment.... more
