I had such a blast dancing in class!!! I have been wanting to work on getting into shape and exercising... I have tried going to the gym ... but its hard for me to get motivated to workout. Fit Friendzy has such fun classes that I dont even realize it's a workout. I'm actually excited and look forward to going to every dance class. The dance instructors have amazing energy, and they make sure eveyone is having a good time !!!
I was very skeptical about going here. Once I actually stepped in the door everyone makes you feel so welcome. I can't say enough about the support from everyone there. I have never felt good about going somewhere to workout but I am so comfortable here and feel welcomed every time I step through the door. The classes are fun and also a good workout. Love the babysitting too as my twins actually ask now when they are coming to the exercise with me! :)

Fitfriendzy is a home away from home with the extra benefit of working out together with wonderful friendz. Everyone at the studio is supportive and helps to keep motivated! Best place ever to go for exercise and fun!
The staff is talented and friendly. Class variety makes it impossible to not find a class you love. And there's just something about the vibe.... that makes it the best fitness studio ever!
I knew I found my home after the very first class I took. I am so thankful for the kind staff, motivating instructors, and all of the welcoming friends I have met. Everyone is so supportive and that is what keeps me coming back each day. I love my Fit Friendz!!!!
As a mom of three small little ones finding "me time" is hard enough, and when you do carve out the time you want it to be something to better yourself both physically and mentally. Fit Friendzy makes my workout time both physically and mentally fulfilling. As soon as you step through the door you really feel at home. Staff and members actually do become an extension of family. I can't say enough about the lovely ladies here !!! LOVE THEM ALL!!!!!

The entire staff is dedicated, encouraging, and innovative in what they do. Never do you have a dull class or moment. Fit Frienzy really is a second home. The workouts are amazing, the people are inspiring, and the entire environment is uplifting. You not only leave with a great workout, but with confidence and even a little sass. So glad I became an unlimited member back in the summer. It was definitely worth it!
AMAZING! Such a fun atmosphere with a great variety of kick-butt classes. Coming to class is often the highlight of my day!
