Great 24/7 gym right off of Grafton st in Worcester. The gym has all major equipment and plenty of treadmills, bikes, a row machine. Staff is always welcoming and approachable. Most importantly gym is always clean and organized.

I have been going here for a year and I love it! I've had great results and will continue to come here. I have never felt better about myself or my workout!!! I highly recommend this place.

This gym is great. Its never super crowded. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The machines are new and everything is CLEAN. It provides a nice low key atmosphere to work out in. I like the set up and the lockers rooms are clean and pristine too. The TV in the locker room was a nice touch. The only problem I had was the lack of classes. Its not made for people with busy schedules.
This is definitely much better than many of the gyms in the area that I have been to.

Great gym. Small but you got everything u need. Not so many people so u can use multiple equipments at the same time. Matt is really a great manager. Thumbs up. Would go again and again. Highly recommended.

Very nice facility! It is a bit small and cramped, but they do have everything you could ask for. Not sure there are showers or even a drinking fountain, but they do have a tanning booth. I'll definitely visit again when I'm in the area.

I absolutely love this gym. They have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. It's open 24hours too which is really good and there's no crazy contracts involved like with others gyms in worcester.

I absolutely love this gym. They have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. It's open 24hours too which is really good and there's no crazy contracts involved like with others gyms in worcester.

Although this is not a big location, they have everything you need there and I never have to wait to use equipment. Love this gym!!!
