Where does our money even go? The free weight area (despite it's popularity) is quite tiny. There are a ton of machines, and variations of those machines, but they're always broken. They don't even pretend anymore. They don't put signs on broken equipment, it never gets repaired. It is as though the impending doom of Greendale has the owners just giving up, and raking in the last bit of cash while they still can.
The personal training groups often take up large amount of valuable real estate. Hogging 4/5 benches, 2/3 squat racks, and generally being in the way of everyone else.
That said, it IS huge. If things were in orderly fashion, there'd be several options to choose from. There's plenty of parking, and the crowd is generally kind. No hostile or intimidating environment, mostly people keeping to themselves.
