This is a fab studio. I got into yoga many years ago, but only began going seriously in 2016 thanks to MetroWest. Besides a beautiful location... (even has showers for those trying to fit a class in before work or on a lunch break)... the MW combo of heat/flow/hatha ensures a safe but strenuous experience. There are beginner classes, and even in a more advanced flow class lots of variability in what students can do so as to cater to any levels--this, thanks to some amazing teachers. Awesome community too. In sum: I don't know where I'd be without this place and recommend it to everyone. Check out their 30 dollars for 30 days unlimited package to new folks, then you can stay hooked for 89 bucks a month--still a super good deal. Namaste.
What could be more wonderful on a cool Fall day than a Hot Yoga class! I have been taking the noon class with Stefanie. The studio is inviting, peaceful and the instruction well-paced, challenging yet personalized. As a beginner, I am always offered alternate poses or props as needed.
With over 50 classes a week in their two locations, hot yoga, non-heated yoga, pilates, kid and teen classes, workshops, there's a great work out for all abilities.
If you are new to Yoga, don't be intimidated; the studio in Westborough, MA is the place for you to get started. All the instructors are excellent, very professional, helpful and encouraging. The studio is clean and inviting! This is the very best yoga experience in the Metro West area.
I frequently recommend this place to my friends and everyone who asks about practicing yoga.
