I really love Worcester Physical Therapy, because Patti D. Works really well with me and she is extremely accommodating to all of my health conditions. And she is very friendly and kind to talk too! Patti is very helpful if you have her your in Excellent care, hands. She's well experienced at her job.
The receptionist are very nice as well to, they hp you schedule your appointment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need for Physical therapy. Wonderful staff , Clean facilities.
I spent about 4 months in physical therapy here after breaking my leg. Really enjoyed working with the therapists here and found them to be very knowledgable and attentive. In particular, I was impressed by how they understood that my goal was not just to be able to walk again, but to get back to the intense endurance sports I'd been doing before my injury.
They tailored my rehab with sport-specific exercises so I could reach my goals. I hope to not need physical therapy again any time soon, but if I do, I will go straight back here.
I've been a patient a Worcester Physical Therapy for various issue, hips, shoulders and most recently for neck an vertigo issues. The staff there is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and personable. They challenge you to maximize your therapy and recovery. Wanting only the best results for the patient and improve your quality of life.
I have always received fantastic care from the therapists in this facility. Patti and Jimmy are by far the most competent and dedicated professional physical therapist that I have ever been fortunate to receive care from. As a former hospital administer, I feel that they should truly be commended for their professionalism and dedication.
I have been taking my dad to wpt for 3 years now, and he has made
Excellent improvements to his overall health, strength and physical well being .
The staff is very professional and friendly. I have recently just joined my dad as
A patient and I am very satisfied with my care . You're not treated like a number at wpt . Which makes you feel like you're in a comfortable setting . I have received very good care from knowledgeable therapists . I would highly recommend wpt.
Richard is awesome! Very helpful, ensures that you have the technique down and works with you to help you get back to 100%
I have been going to Worcester Physical Therapy for about three months now and my experience has been great with Nash, Ashland, Lisa, Jimmy and others staff members. They Physical Therapists are excellent at what they do, they are always friendly, very professional and the care they give is compassionate. Great place to get your physical therapy.
My son was seen primarily by Richard S. who was exceptional. My son's issues were quite unusual but Richard took great care in learning his unique needs and designing a program that was medically appropriate and also enjoyable for a teen. He was friendly and professional - as were all the staff we dealt with. We ended up here following a mediocre experience at another facility and we're so glad we did - it was definitely worth a longer travel time.
Professional, good programs. They don't just put you on a bike, you do real therapy and exercises.

Ashlyn does an amazing job organizing and running faze four. Her ability to customize your workout while keeping an eye on others in the group is top notch. She listens to your concerns, reviews your previous PT exercises, and accomodates your needs in a fun, respectful environment. I would recommend everyone go to Faze Four!

Best therapists in town. Friendly and really know there stuff
Great PTs--experts at their field and welcoming and encouraging place to heal
I would highly recommend that you consider using the services of Worcester Physical Therapy at 30 Glennie St. in Worcester.
I did try another PT place early on, only to be discouraged and
angry. Since then I have rehabbed to knee replacements, some
muscle issues and health rehab. I cannot praise them enough.

I had to switch facilities due to many unsatisfactory conditions. In the winter the parking lot is barely treated/sanded, which in my opinion creates a hazard since most of the patients going there are in less than perfect physical condition. Second. There is a very limited amount of space/chairs in the waiting room, which I had to stand in, sometimes 20 minutes after my appointment time, waiting to be taken in to the gym area. They also book 3 clients per hour, per therapist, which doesn't give the therapists enough time to help the patient and I also had a different therapist every time I went there (approximately 10 different therapists) which doesn't help with consistent treatment. Lastly, the facility is pretty unsanitary and the pillow cases have previews patient's hair on them and they don't use sheets on the tables and very rarely sanitize them. I will never return to this facility and I don't believe anyone should until they straighten out their act.
Half gym for the Spartan type, half rehab for the rest of us. Some therapists were very attentive, some were more interested in socializing with the "cute/hot/young clients & staff. More ego ego and less professionalism as I had expected
They are awesome with my 5 year old son.
