#1 I think it's pretty rotten that I was charged all of March. Then they bill my credit card for April 68.00. They're closed. Should not be billing no one. Very disappointed in the Management. Reported people more than once. Even filed a formal complaint of people on their cell phones in the Locker room, Steam room, and Sauna. Peoples privacy should be respected. This is so wrong. So disrespectful. They do nothing about it. I may be calling news center 5 and tell them to investigate this if I see it 1 more time. Which I will. Happens every time I go. Refund us our money.
I miss the classes they had, Monday through Thursday. I would like to see more group fitness classes offered.
I like that it has tons of equipment available
Bad music always lauded on purpose by workers ,l am not using anymore this gym,bye,l am using different gym now ,you have less costumer now

Soo an adult and child is still kinda expensive, need yo go to a gym with cheaper prices, no wonder it's hard to lose weight in certain gym's and NOT many has daycare Options Either...

Today was very disappointing. The children were soaked into the pool. Lifeguards told us that only birthday parties are invited to the pool. This is a public place, not a private party. Can we not swim at your birthday party? This is very unfair to us

Why does it take more than 8 days and more than two requests to get an application for summer camp sent out? I've been told TWICE now by two different people that it would be sent out. What is the problem? Why can't people do their jobs? If this place is supposed to be serving the community, how can community members enroll their children if they can't get an application? MIFFED and DISAPPOINTED.

State of art equipment, clean, respectful staff. Area dangerous but the do have parking lot security and if you just use common sense your fine.
