The girl at the front desk(has coloured hair and age will be in 20's)is really rude , I hope planet fitness management should learn how to hire a good friendly person for this position , I want the management to take serious action on this because I'm not the only one I read the reviews there are a lot of complaints about her if still the management is not taking any action which means they doesn't care about their customers
We go to planet fitness because of its policy of judgement free. This afternoon when I check in as a guest with my friends who has black card, the lady at the front desk was in a bad mood, which made me feel bad and uncomfortable. It made me feel like that I should not check in as a guest. If this lady feels unhappy about your work, you can talk to your supervisor at planet fitness. If you feel unhappy about living here, you can go back to where you came from, as suggested by president Trump.
Of all the Planet Fitness gyms in the area, this one is by far the best one. Great environment and plenty of machines to use.

Great for machines but there are NO free-weight barbell bench press units or squat racks. You must substitute your barbell exercises with dumbbells and smith machines.

Gym location and equipment are well maintained and furnished which is the only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one, that and the staff was professional and very helpful when needed. With that being said, I warn anyone signing up to have the staff go over every detail regarding billing information with their plan. After having fees taken out of my account without ever being notified in advance, even upon cancelling my membership, to find that they are "nonrefundable" and nothing can be done about it left a poor taste in my mouth. If I knew before that upon signing up total fees would average around $50 a month I would of spent my money elsewhere. Not to mention over my brief membership they were closed for over a week and was not able to go unless I wanted to travel to Plymouth...

This Planet Fitness is a wonderful location with updated equipment and clean/accessible facilities. The regular crowd is perfectly friendly and its never been unreasonably crowded, although there is usually a healthy amount of people.

The worse stuff ever there was girl taking a phone station so rude and so unprofessional. since I lived in Waltham for some reason my black card unable to use in Quincy. The way she talk and look at me so rude because I'm the only Asian there? Even my account have problem I'm still Planet fitness member and yet I got kick out of cause in the really disrespectful way so this is how they treat to members who have issue with their account. My vacation in Quincy is ruin because of that girl. Never come back again

A good enough gym for those with a busy schedule. No really AMAZING features that you may find at a health club or YMCA, but it gets the job done. A great place to people watch, as so many interesting characters come in and out. The bathrooms are kept clean which is something much appreciated. The weight lifting area is large and great for anyone who is looking to begin their fitness journey. As a student, I needed a gym close to my school that I could easily get to during my free periods, and this was a perfect option for me.

Nice gym. The space for weights and lifting has its separate side. Staffs nice. 30 min workout stations. Alot of treadmills.
By far my favorite planet fitness of all. Great building!! It is located in a standalone building which was formerly a car dealership. It's extremely large and has everything that I like in a planet fitness except that it is missing the large fan. Doesn't matter because it is still my favorite due to size.
Lots of equipments is a good point. But it tends to smell, they advertise the $10 monthly fee just to charge you 30 dollars or more annual fee later on. It was very difficult to cancel my membership. I had moved to a different city and they made me go all the way from the north shore to the south shore and the cancellation took 3 damn minutes. They say they couldn't do it over the phone, but funny enough, you can transfer your membership over the phone AND online, but not cancel.
Very busy usually especially after 3pm.
Definitely not a place for children under 18. Mainly adults that work out here.
Good gym though. Quincy location when renovations are done with have tanning for black card members.
Relatively inflexible hours for a PF near a major city. More spacious than the one in Medford. Cleanliness and appearance seem to be an issue. Currently the gym is undergoing prolonged renovations, and the new bathrooms and showers are complete. There are still appearance issues throughout the gym. Relatively inexpensive, but usually crowded until 8-8:30pm.
Pretty good gym. Pretty good value. The only qualm I have is that there are often places in the floor that are uneven, either as a result of the building being old or the rubber mats on the floor bubbling. This can be an issue in places like the squat racks.
Otherwise, there are no complaints. The newly renovated men's locker/bathrooms are a great improvement!
I go here all the time. Biggest location I've been in Boston. As you know the best thing about a gym like this is the ability to spread out from each other. Never had a problem here.
huge space this days they are changing all equipments but needed to be more clean. It would be awesome if its open 24h

Yes a 5-star review physical activity is the best routine there is Planet Fitness gives it to me at a price that I can afford machines available all the time in great parking in great customer service there
Judgement free zone, ample equipments, and shower after workout. I am a happy black card user. Cleanliness, and enough locker. You will get personal trainer for free upon appointment. I wish planet fitness has swimming pool too.
The strange thing is they don't have the weighing machine.
