It's a great place to work out with out amateur hour or any immature people bothering you ! Beautiful ladies working there and that fo there and the equipment is stellar and the most effective for full body training !

Honestly one of the best gyms in the area. I've been going to this gym since I was 15 years old and then again after college. I've done all the fitness classes, group exercise and even personal training. It's one of those gyms that you walk into and you are "home". It's simple. If you are into free weights there are plenty. More stair masters than I have ever seen. I wouldn't feel comfortable anywhere else. This is my home gym and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are amazing - I can talk to them, they get to know me and are very personable. They are mature and you can have a conversation with them. They are there to help the customer and that they do.

Clean environment, friendly staff, child care room can be very hot in the summer.

Was much better when it was a golds gym. It'd be nice if they kept it cleaner. There's always large amounts of dust bunnies under the equipment, which is annoying when you go to put down a drink or keys. Plus the bathroom is usually kinda gross. They should invest in hiring a janitor that isn't 16. Kids don't care about scrubbing toilets and showers for minimum wage.

I used this gym for a week while I was in town visiting family. It is just a great basic gym that has everything you need. I appreciated that I could get a good deal on a week pass. If I lived near by this would definitely be my regular gym.
I have been coming to this gym for 3 months now. We started taking Jackies class on Wednesday nights and are thrilled to know she was added on Sundays!! There is a group of us that will continue to attend each and every class she has!! Tonights class was full and even had a wait list. That is a direct reflection of the type of instructor she is!! Please add more classes with Jackie! There is no spin class like hers!!!
