Great place for families and adults who are looking to get healthy and stay in shape. Plus the instructions are very professional and caring to the children who come in to do karate and kids mauy thai! They have changed my son 's life. My daughter loves going to xtreme ninja!
I have been coming to this dojo for about 5 months now. I really enjoy taking classes here. All the instructors at Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts Center do a great job keeping students motivated. They truly care about helping students meet their fitness and martial arts goals.
Before I moved to the area and came to Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts & Fitness Center, I was not exercising, unhappy, overweight, and anti-social. Since I began training and exercising here for the past five months, I have a lost 20 pounds so far and I now live a healthier and happier lifestyle. This has increased my social life as well and have gained friends as a surprising result and these new friends that I have made here have inspired me and motivated me to come to class, especially Ninja. I went from dreading exercising to getting excited about it and I look forward to going each and every time now. When I arrive in class, I felt like Clark Kent and after doing each workout, I feel like Superman. Each session is like a one hour transformation into the Man of Steel. I just want to say that I'm so grateful for the education and support I received, for the people I've met, and the friends I've made since I started. I can't imagine my life without this.
Awesome dojo! My five year old loves it here; he's made so many friends and has fun every time he goes. I love their emphasis on both fitness and SEL.
It's great for self defense and for more confidence. You learn a lot for defending yourself if you need to later know your life. There's different classes for whatever is more comfortable for you. There's different classes at different times.
Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts Center is the best Dojo in Town!!
My daughter has been going to Xtreme Ninja for almost 3years and they teaches major life skills from Discipline, Self-control, Self-defense, Mauy Thai, Anti-bully skills, Weapons, Self-esteem and Respect etc. The classes are well structured and I can't say enough for the Master Ninja & all the instructors here. They all make Xtreme Ninja something very special. Great atmosphere with very specious 4 levels of training/class space makes learning fun for all ages. I highly recommend Xtreme Ninja to all the parents looking for an after school and weekend activity for their kids & adults looking to train for fun, for health, for focus and discipline or all the above.
Since my son Sebbie started training at Xtreme Ninja he has become more confident which has helped him socially at school and also at home with his siblings. He has become a more respectful and patient boy, we are very proud of his commitment. We are so thankful to the Xtreme Ninja family for taking the time to teach him these life skills.

The owner of Xtreme Ninja in Medford who owns a franchise of iLoveKickboxing, was extremely rude, not helpful, unprofessional, and offended me, the customer, multiple times within 1 sentence today, 4/12/18, by saying: "Oh well I'm SORRY but ilovekickboxing did NOT know you were such a KICKBOXING EXPERT!!!!"
First of all, I never said I was an expert, I said that I have done kickboxing and boxing for years and found the 30 minute required WITH an appointment to be unnecessary and time consuming for me. There should be a distinction between trained kickboxers and amateur kickboxers. The owner by the name of Ninja Nguyen not only unprofessionally offended me ON PURPOSE in front of his customer and staff but started putting words in my mouth too. When I started correcting him, he ignored me while I was speaking to him and started talking to someone else. This was all done in an attempt to humiliate his customer for expressing dissatisfaction with the "rule" of having to make an appointment when convenient for Xtreme Ninja to do a completely unnecessary 30 minute review on how to put on gloves!! This poor customer service which is borderline harassment, is a very bad example for the staff at Xtreme Ninja!!
Second of all, trying to embarrass customers in front of other customers does not benefit Xtreme Ninja because instead of recommending them, I will warn people about the unprofessional, rude, and offensive remarks with which they will deal if they go to the Medford location!!
Third of all, I didn't sign up for kickboxing to make appointments that are inconvenient for me and convenient for Xtreme Ninja!! I purchased the packet to start working out right away!!! Xtreme Ninja owner Nguyen told me that I have to wait till next week to make the appointment which renders this packet ineffective. Why wasn't I told that my schedule would not be accommodated by the business for weeks to start working out?? I didn't purchase the packet to make appointments, I purchased it to work out!! I had to call 3 times for appointments. Xtreme Ninja did not call me until after a day of my purchase!! It says that the business will call right away, yet I had to wait over 24 hours for their call. That was unacceptable right there!!!

I think that Ninja is truly amazing with the kid's and he is a awesome teacher and so are his helpers!!!! I would recommend these classes to anyone and everyone!!!!

I transferred from an I Love Kickboxing gym in Rhode Island to Xtreme Ninja Martial Arts Center to do kickboxing and Muai Thai early this past summer. Coming from a different gym, all of the instructors were extremely understanding that I had learned the ropes, but still had some room to improve. Everyone made me feel very welcomed and it soon felt like I was part of a family . Now, I go 3-4 days a week (most weeks) and it IS my second home. I love all of the instructors that I've worked with and the intensity of the workouts never gets old.
Ninja is extremely understanding and truly cares about every member of the gym. He compliments you when he sees improvement but also provides constructive criticism when necessary, and it makes me feel as though someone actually cares.
I would recommend this gym over the 5 or 6 that I've been to, and it's because of the people and the atmosphere that the instructors have created. I think everyone should try it :-) Best decision I've ever made.
