Worst gym I've been to. Crowded with machines which are old and inscrutable, yet the only stretching area is a tiny corner big enough for 2 people. Dirty, sinks were disconnected, no hand soap. It's like a dungeon. Makes Gold's Gym in Arlington look like paradise by comparison.

I joined WOW back in 2014 and I am very happy with the results of my work out routine!! I get extra excited when I go in to work out and the music is playing!!! I love listening to music while working out!! I believe is makes a huge difference!! I am always greeted with smiles by the stuff and they are always very accommodating when they are able to do so!! Keep up the great work guys!!! Thanks again!!!

I came into town for two days and was looking for a good gym. I was told to come to Workout World Medford, because they had great equipment and even better staff. I am happy to say that the review was correct! I got here and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! They explained what the gym provided and graciously showed me around. Once I got into the gym, there was great vibe and everything I needed to get a good workout in! If I lived here, I would 100% be a member! If I could give 10 Stars I would. Thank you very much to the Staff I TRULY appreciate you all!

Wow in Medford is hands down the best gym in the state. Even when I dont feel like working out. Wow in Medford brings me so much energy. Starting from the great employees at the front desk. To the music they play. From all the other members just trying to better themselves. It's an amazing atmosphere. No matter what age shape or size you are, everyone shows so much respect to each other . It's like home for me.

I have been a member of the Medford WOW for many years. To start the manager Robert is awesome and is definitely the best manager I've ever seen there. Robert greets you with a smile, says hello to everyone and is always willing to listen to your needs!
My friends and I take classes only. The instructors, Joanne, Mel , Cara and Bethany are phenomenal! These teachers are dedicated and are definitely an asset to this gym. You get a great workout while still having fun!
The front desk people are great too! They work hard in trying to make everyone coming in happy and satisfied.
I have been to other gyms also and this is by far the best gym ever.

I have been a member of WOW in Medford for years now and it is a great gym. My friends and I take the fitness classes and instructors here are great (Joanne, Bethany, Kara, Meghan, Mel...). The aerobic room is large and there is always plenty of equipment such as weights which most gyms are lacking. And the manager Robert is wonderful - the BEST this place has ever had! Always available and very attentive to your needs - like when we are all sweating and need more AC! Cannot beat WOW for $20. a month!

Good for the price. Great Zumba class!! The weights area smells horrible. I cant even go to that area.

Came in here late at night and Praj Acharya took the time to explain everything to me in detail and help me with all the complications I had joining until we finally got my membership squared away. I had a prior account here and needed to clear up that to reopen a new one and he spent well over a half hour with me working on that so I was able to join right there. Very friendly, kind and patient witn me. Thank you Praj Acharya! Excellent customer service

I post this review a month ago went to the gym several times the outdated and rusty weights are still there im frustrated. Not to exaggerate but every time I go there there's always this spanish lady Who is cleaning the place which is good . I only have two issues with the gym which are not a huge thing the first is the " weights " they're outdated plate, dumbbells etc ... and the gym should set some rules regarding people who using two or three machines a the same time which is unacceptable and selfish while it's a small gym we can manage so everybody can have a good workout . I hope they'll see my comment and make a change.

Only one membership option from this place, regardless of what you think. They charge you yearly regardless the tenure of your membership . Keep that in mind.

This is one of those gyms where members squat from their toes and wear weight belts while doing dumbell curls. I mean...it's $10 a month I guess I shouldn't expect too much. Although I wouldn't consider working equipment to be too much to ask. For over a month I've been asking about the status and fix time of their leg extension. I typically get, the piece was ordered, or the repair man is coming next week...it's still broken. Today I discovered their hamstring curl and calf raise machines are also busted. I'll let them know and follow up here when fixed.
If you know what you're doing and can tolerate the decrepit equipment then it makes a great secondary gym.

Dirty. So so dirty. Instructors for one hour training session this chick never smiled one's at me she was annoyed at whatever. I went in tanning booth I'm an avid tanner by the way so I like tanning beds bit all they have in standup so I try it out for 8 whole minutes and was sticking my face closer to the wall of bulbs 2 inches away so I'd get tan. I GOT NOTHING, I couldn't believe it I had been going to planet fitness and if you go into one of the beds for 5 minutes your brown or burnt. I've never NOT been able Tat planet fitness. But WOW WORK OUT WORLD WHILE I'M IN A RUSTY DELAPITATED TANNING BOOTH I SMELLED FISH it was so prominant .so me being half knucklehead thought must be fish market around. Until I realized I was in a girl only part. Very sick dirty place.

Been going since March of this year, and let me tell you, you get what you pay for. $10 a month for a membership is unheard of in this area, and it has everything you need in a gym. Nothing more though. Only big complaint is the lack of hot water in all four of the Men's bathroom faucets. Might need that for effective washing, but hey, they have soap! Usually.

I don't need a fancy gym. Folks there let you do your thing and that's great. I don't need to be pressured into special training or upgrades to membership. Points off simply because half of the sensors don't work on the machines and I try to keep my heart rate steady.

Most of the equipment you'll need to get in a decent workout, old building in need of a renovation, whole gym is in the basement, no natural light

Great classes! The best Zumba teachers. Gym is a little old (and located in basement) but equipment is good, staff is friendly.

Don't be fooled the price is really not $10 a month cause u get hit with an annual fee don't be mislead. So when u go to sign the contract they will point it out I'll give them this the cheap monthly payment is a good way to get people to join and that's how they get you but don't go in thinking it's a straight $10

Used to smell a little musty but it looks like they've cleaned up. I really like the cardio with the individual screens. I really good free weight room

You know, WOW gets a lot of flack for the ghetto/beat up condition of the gym equipment, the lack of ANY comfy extras (like towels, dependable soap and hot water in the bathroom sinks, clean organized lockers, magazines from this century, i.e) however, I think it's a great option for those looking for a simple cardio workout on a strict budget. I've been a member at gyms all over the country, from LA to NYC to North Carolina, and I've never found a workout option that was this affordable ($10 a month for the basic plan) AND so accessible - WOW in Medford is open 24 hours a day. A godsend for consultants and freelancers like myself, who work unconventional hours and often work out late at night. There is always ample parking, the staff is polite, and there is always at least 3 open ellipticals every time I visit. Personally? I love this place.
