I love the sense of community that you get from not only the trainers but from the attendees. This is a great gym that helps you meet your goals and keeps you pushing for more.

I love coming here. All instructors are really great and very helpful. Craig is definitely the best. The atmosphere is very welcoming and you leave with a feeling of mission accomplished. I'd recommend it to anyone trying to get a good work out in.

LOVE IT, great atmosphere ,nice people, awesome coaches. I have lost 28 pounds there and still losing..
