MGFitness is your good old school gym with a new school touch. Downstairs is the heavy weights, 2 squat racks, smith machine, various leg press, deadlifts and barbells, Dumbbell up to 135lbs. Upstairs are tons of cardio, lighter dumbbell, and all sorts of machines, ad/abductors, 3 crossovers, pullups etc. Upstairs from there you have bench presses on angles, various back aparatus and shoulders. people of all age and genders, big power lifters, pro bodybuilders, all the way to school girls and grandparents. VERY friendly staff. Since they have been offering a $10/mo rate the gym has become quite crowded during peak times (monday 5-8 the worst) and sometimes have to wait, but not too bad. If you're me and like the Italian muscle, blood, sweat, and grime hardcore workouts, you will love it here. The big guys tend to stay downstairs, so no one feels intimidated. For me, this is a great gym!
