When I first started coming a little over a year ago, I was out of shape and needed a lot of direction. Alex welcomed me in with open arms and spent many hours training me while also holding me accountable so I could see the best results. He also has a non profit side where kids come in after school and have fun while staying safe and get homework done. I would definitely recommend Private Jewels Fitness to anyone looking to get in shape or stay in shape. The last gym I will ever sign up for!
Alex has helped me so much since I started over a year ago. He got me to reach my goals and pushed me even further to a point where I didn't know I could even get to! Even after surgery he welcomed me right back into the gym and eased me back until I was 100%. I've been to other trainers and he is by far the most experienced, cares the most and gives me the best challenge. Huge thanks to Alex and his team!!

This place is much more than just a gym. I have been doing private sessions for a month now and the results are already showing. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally. My anxiety was through the roof about going down there but it is the best decision I have made. Alex is so much more than just a personal trainer as he explains nutrition and makes you feel comfortable. The whole place is like that as I have even the younger guys coming up to me and helping and motivating me. Nobody looks down on you or puts your down for being overweight. The atmosphere there is amazing and makes me want to continue and make this life change. I have dropped 15 lbs in the month and looking forward to my goals of a healthy life. I do miss my mangu and mofongo though....
