Enough can't be said about the quality of the training to be had here. The Ramalhos have been in the game for decades and produced such greats as Dicky Eklund and Micky Ward. Any given night of the week you'll see a trainer work a pro fighter then turn round and teach a kid how to throw his first punch. Whether you're training to fight at any level or just want to get in shape, this is the place to get your work in

You're coming here to learn the sweet science. This is a no frills fight gym with occasional heat in the winter and sometimes a fan in the summer.
