Good gym. Not your typical PF or BF. Real gym for real results. Owner is friendly, informative, and helpful. ended up not joining due to medical reasons. Wish I could have.
I was in Westford, MA this past week for a training class for work. I didn't want to not train for the week, so I searched the web for a gym closest to my hotel because the local LA Fitness gyms were not close enough as far as I was concerned.
SBC came up in the area by my hotel, so I figured I'd check it out after class/work Monday evening. I had discussed over email with Bobby paying for a week, and his cost for the week was acceptable.
I thoroughly enjoyed my week at SBC. Bobby and his staff are sincere, genuine and extremely friendly, including the dogs!
When work takes me to Westford, I'll spend my week training at SBC!
Thanks Bobby!
Best fitness experience I've ever had. Bobby is an amazing trainer. There are great people that attend that gym as well. I've never been this strong in my entire life; highly recommend!
Bobby offers a great location for Strongmen, powerlifters, and weightlifters alike. DM Bobby first before just showing up!
When I moved to the area I was looking for a new non-commercial gym. I was looking for a place with a culture of getting better and the equipment with which to make it happen. Shortly after moving to the area I walked into the SBC and was greeted by the owner Bobby. Before discussing prices or anything of the such he gave me a walking tour of the facilities and asked me questions about myself and what I hope to achieve. His interest in his clients and members is genuine. He also does personal training sessions and you can tell from the man's physique he knows what he's talking about. So listen up. The facilities are perfect for improving yourself in anyway you see fit. Here you will NEVER have to wait for a squat rack haha. The gym's equipment definitely caters to the strongman/powerlifting/Olympic lifting crowd but it's not at all intimidating. Bobby has instilled a culture of family and respect. It's a very close community that you will be accepted into almost immediately. Even if I don't know the person someone is always ready and willing to give me a spot or give me some advice. There is also an on site Physical Therapist/Trainer named Brett. After dislocating my shoulder I wanted to get back into lifting heavy so I had a consultation with Brett. He set me down and went over my medical history, went through an examination of range of motion and strength. Then he proceeded to show me exercises to ease back into the lifting world and make sure I don't risk reinjury. It's been a year since the injury and so far so good. Brett also does training seminars and has a YouTube channel you should subscribe to. Also occasionally Bobby/Brett will bring in there dogs. Deadlifts & dogs? Can you ask for anything better? There is no other gym I would rather train at than SBC. It simply has the best equipment, community and personnel.
This is my second home. A great atmosphere with a bunch of hard-working people who motivate you to better yourself. Owner is always looking to improve the gym for his customers. Whether you are into strongman, powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, or strength and conditioning programs, all the necessary equipment is here to train. They have some nationally ranked athletes who train here that are motivation enough, working out next to them.

Amazing strength gym
Amazing strength gym
Not your average gym. There is a lot of equipment here for Olympic lifting, strongman, power lifting and rehabilitation. Access to some great trainers and physical therapist as well. Definitely worth checking out.
