Extreme nice staff, very competitive pricing: a lot for your bucks!! simple held, which is perfect for me. - Just would like to have later gym hours until midnight and more (political and educational) varieties in terms of screen/TV stations. e.g. should CNN and PBS including.

I used to go here often and then i had a family and working full time and lost time to go here. I sent in writing to cancel my membership and they never contacted me. My credit card was still being charged until my credit card expired. It went to collections and threatened to lower my credit score if i didn't pay. I went and they stated they didn't accept writing cancellations, only in person. They made a 'deal' which obviously it was in their favor. I cannot trust this place, they do not care for the customer, they only care for their pockets. Not recommended.

the price of my membership has been raised twice since I started going 2 years ago and since then they have also decreased their open hours multiple times. The whole system is a scam and choice fitness is definitely a better option.

Cable machines always loose, charge you 50$ 2x a year for " enhancement fees " yet my experience here over the course of 4 years is nothing but the opposite. Equiptment, bars, and attachments are not up to par for what Best fitness claims to be. Even had a general manager tell me I couldn't be dead lifting 225lbs because it was making too much noise...... I have nothing good to say about best fitness anymore, especially with the 24/5 hour changes. I signed up for a 24hour gym, me and four friends will not be renewing contracts with best fitness and I've sent many other friends to other gyms. - J Mcaneney

Alexa was incredibly helpful in getting the Best Fitness app to run on my new iPhone! I had upgraded my phone weeks before, but the BF app wasn't running properly. Time after time, I had to check in at the front desk, and the attendant would like up my membership. Cumbersome and slow. Alexa asked if I needed some help with making the app work on my new phone, and I gladly accepted the help. She led me through the screens, which took a couple of minutes, and was able to get the app running! I was thrilled! It's so quick and efficient to have the app running, and it couldn't have been done without Alexa's help!

They constantly close on days that are not holidays, close from a little snow, even after calling them and confirming they are open. You arrive and they're suddenly closed or closing any minute. Also signed up because I wasnt looking for a cookie cutter gym, yet depending on the time of day.... you'll be asked not to deadlift or make any form of noise. Really disappointed that I've renewed my contact as they're getting worse and worse and equiptment falls apart and takes weeks to be fixed or replaced. Over all it's a lousy gym, only good for cardio, and even then it's too expensive.

They had two squat racks on the first floor. Then they put a new rack in AND GOT RID OF THE OLD ONE! There is so much space in the store even right next to the squat racks for a third one. The place is two floors and very large yet they only allow two racks? When this place is busy dont waste your time. On top of all the unethical stories and problems with contracts this place is a disaster piece everyone should stay away from. If you have another option look into that first or build a home gym. For less than 3 years of gym memberships you can build an amazing gym at home and not have to wait to use equipment.

Absolutely awful company. If your interested in Best Fitness, take a minute to read about my experience with these thieves. I worked at the Drum Hill location for close to 2 years, full time, doing sales. Due to my continued success in sales, I was promoted a few times, eventually to the position of Lead Fitness Counselor. While being groomed for management, I noticed how unethically this company operates. The corporate office will stop at NOTHING to make money off you. When you sign up and give them your bank information, everyone's smiling. However, anytime a problem comes up with your account, your payment, a random fee, whatever it might be, good luck to you in getting that taken care of. People call in every single day thinking they cancelled their memberships years ago and now debt collectors call them and somehow they owe Best Fitness thousands of dollars. You need to pay an arm and leg to get out of that contract. The list could go on all day. Noticing all of these unethical practices, I gave Best Fitness a two week notice out of courtesy, and they told me I'm no longer allowed at any of their clubs, don't worry about your two weeks, and the worst part, they didn't even pay me! They harassed me to return the key to the club, and when I asked for my wages, no one wanted to talk. Two years of full time employment, I signed people up at 3 in the morning at this club, and worked endlessly to meet my sales goals, and they denied me my earned wages. I had to file a lawsuit at these clowns for wage theft, and I was constantly being harassed and pressured by them to drop it, and they even told me how hard their lawyers worked to ensure I don't get a dime, etc. I'm not writing this post out of spite, my facts obviously beat their embarrassing sales pitch in court, and now they owe me more than they could have imagined. This post is one to counter all those five star reviews that they literally give their employees incentives to get, half of the 5 star posts are friends and family members of employees, people who haven't seen the inside of any of the clubs. I know the ins and outs of Best Fitness. This is simply to let people know about my experience with the corporate circus that lacks basic respect for others and is clearly extremely money hungry and nothing more than that. I'm on a long list of people that Best Fitness has tried to screw over. If this is how much they care about long time employees, you can only imagine how much they care about each of their thousands of members. Best Fitness is by far the most unethical, greedy, company I have ever encountered. My advice to anyone and everyone is to stay away from these thieves.

I look forward to going to the Kohl's Plaza Best Fitness every week. The people who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is always incredibly clean, and they are continuously adding new workout equipment to the floor. I highly recommend Best Fitness to anyone considering going there.

I have been coming here since April and love the trainers! They are friendly, funny, and helpful. I love coming here because of this and because I get awesome work outs with my trainer. Each work out is unique and motivating.

I can say the gym has limited equipment but you can be creative. Don't like the 2 year agreement contract which a lot of gyms do not have not sure what that is about. I do like the staff here. When it gets busy it gets busy and makes it tough to finish you're workout but other then that the place has gotten a lot better over the years. still room for improvement in a few areas. Like get rid of the 2 year agreement and make sure that people are aware of what they are getting into as far as payments and what is on the contract. The personal training is a little on the expensive side just my opinion. There's a few other improvements that can be done but no real complaints here.

This club has everything you're looking for. First and foremost, let me tell you, I have never seen a facility in New England as clean as this one. Maintenance does a phenomenal job! Front desk is extremely welcoming and helpful. The sales team genuinely cares, and are extremely professional! If you haven't already, I highly suggest that you check Best Fitness in Drum Hill out! It might change your life like it changed mine. I suggest getting a trainer like I did, if you are serious about bettering your health and fitness. The staff of fitness professionals is extremely knowledgeable. This gym is awesome!!!!!

The staff isn't just friendly, they are also knowledgeable and helpful toward those who are serious about joining their beautiful gym. The girl Julie who works there really knows her stuff and is helpful every step of the way!
I don't know about the previous comment I saw about 1 year contract...they have all kinds...1, 2, even 3 years. They are VERY clear about which kind you sign up for, especially during a promotion. Perhaps after a year the other reviewer forgot what they signed up for or never listened in the first place. I just hate seeing poor reviews for a place that works hard and the review isn't very credible. Read what you sign people. It's that easy, right?

Eeeee Best Fitness - Drum Hill has been spectacular! I joined about a year ago and it's been great! I got paired up to work with Derek as my personal trainer and he's amazing!! I have been working with him for about 9 months now and it's really been wonderful. It's amazing to see the progress you can make! The trainers also teach BFITT classes which are super motivating and they keep you on track! The gym itself is great and the people (both employees and other gym goers) are incredible and what make it such wonderful place!

This is one of the cleanest gyms I've been too. I actually feel comfortable going into the locker rooms knowing it's sanitary. Every time I go in the front desk workers greet me my name and are always smiling. I would recommend this gym to all my friends!!

This place is awesome. I like this location because it is open 24 hours a day. They recently added group x classes and expanded the functional area! The space is always super clean and the staff is very friendly.
