BOOM! I CANNOT say enough about this place! When I first starting working with Sean, I was just getting into fitness and wasn't very sure of myself or what I was doing. But within the first couple of months I noticed SERIOUS results. Sean is an exceptional trainer and just a fantastic guy to work with and be around. As an aspiring trainer, I could not have asked for a better mentor. So no matter what your fitness goals are, BOOM! is the place make them happen!

Great place to work out! I've been going to Boom for about four months now. As a firefighter I need to stay in shape to do my job effectively and safely. Working out has been a big part of my life. Going to Boom takes me up another notch. Sean is very knowledgeable about fitness and the human body. He always has an open ear to questions. I would recommend this gym to anyone.

I have been working with Sean Seaberg for almost a year now, and it has been a game changer in my overall fitness goals. Sean is a highly engaged trainer and overall good guy. He takes time with each client to make sure we are accountable and achieving our goals, all the while making it fun experience. As for the facilities, they're clean and have all the modern fitness and strength training tools one needs to make their goals come to life. It is a great community of people and I highly recommend that if you're looking for a challenge check out Boom Athletics.!

I've been seeing Sean for almost 3 years now. Ive been dealing with a bunch of different injuries from poor form while working out by myself, but he was able to work around every single injury I've had and corrected my form. When I first started seeing him I had a bulging disk in my L5 S1 disk. The pain in my lower back made it hard for me to do certain exercises like squats and deadlifts, but after a few months the pain went away and I was squatting 240 like it was nothing. I've seen tremendous gains since I've been with him he always pushes people to be the best they can. The environment is better then any atmosphere I've been in. Sean is more than my trainer, he's my mentor and one of my best friends. I highly recommend him to anyone that's trying to strive to be the best person they can be

For all you 50+ year old men whom daydream of the fitness strength and stamina you possessed years ago, before the family took precedence over your personal well-being, this is the place to get it back!
I like many, have ping-ponged through the local fitness centers and their
rotating trainers with no success. A friend suggested I check out Boom Athletics. Wow! Felt the difference upon first session with Sean. Over the past several months, I've come to appreciate Sean's care for his clients as we all work towards our goals. As others have pointed out, his knowledge of nutrition and training is unprecedented. My strength and stamina have increased ten fold in six months. But, what makes Boom Athletics 'the choice' is Sean's personal attention and care. He has not just created the best facility in Greater Haverhill area, he has created a supportive home for his clients. There's no loud music, no headphones, no over-the-top outfits....there's clients happy and supportive of one-another making progress towards their personal goals. Do as I did.

In the past I have gone to large gyms and worked out at home doing workouts such as P90X. I never had much guidance in the gym so I found it hard to stay motivated.

Working out at home got dull over time. I had great results working out at home years ago but watching the same DVD's over and over got to be repetitive.

I found out from a co-worker that Boom Athletics was up on the 5th floor from where I worked. I decided to stop in one day after work and Sean gave me a free training session.

I have been stopping by his gym now for several months, Sean is great to work with and always mixes up the routine. Typically most people will come in and do a warm up and then he will have everyone do exercises that work a specific muscle group - legs, back, chest etc.

The classes are small and really only consist of maybe 4-5 people max, everyone I have met has been helpful and friendly so it's a good environment to work out in. Sean works with people who are beginners and those that are looking for something more advanced so anyone can participate.

I highly recommend checking out Boom Athletics, you won't regret it!
