Great studio. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Class schedule versatile and flexible, no one gets turned away, even if it's a busier class. Would highly recommend. Also, for the quality of classes, the prices are incredibly reasonable.
I really love practicing here. I think it's particularly effective for people like me who hate winter. It really makes me happier to do yoga in a hot room. The room is heated and humidified. There are showers and a clean changing room. The classes are really great, really engaging, really anatomy-focused and alignment-focused. It's also a very friendly community.
I have been going to Mystic Fitness for years and love it. The staff is warm and welcoming. The teachers are supportive of all skill levels. They are accommodating offer a great variety of classes. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful yoga studio! Great variety of class and the instructors are adorable!! I took a 30$ for 30 classes and I am in love! I convinced my husband to join he signed for the same offer! I love Bikram, Vinyasa and power classes! Ms Erin, Ms Samantha, Ms Amy, Ms Samela and Mr Joe are AMAZINGGGGGG! they all demonstrate the poses and speak out clearly and repeatedly they make sure students listened bcz if they didn't they might injure themselves. I'd rate them 10/10 if I could.

Wonderful honest instructors, great comfortable place to be.The showers are not very clean I don't believe they are washed properly or everyday, but everything else is wonderful all the instructors are attentive and very professional. I once left my very expensive jewelry at the yoga studio and they saved it for me, they are very trustworthy and as a beginner in yoga I have learned to enjoy and appreciate yoga with them.

A friend gave me the gift of 30 classes for my 60th birthday. I really wasn't sure if I'd like Yoga because I am often stiff and sore. After ONE class, I came back for more, and after one month of classes, signed up for three more months of unlimited classes. ALL of the instructors are really great, they are all different in style and approach and I like that too. Highly recommend Mystic Yoga. (=
