This is a gym. Don't expect donuts here. Expect blood and sweat with loud slamming of weights and grunts. How a gym should be. Sauna is awesome.. It's a great place to work out and get in shape.... more

Nice clean place, staff is awesome, a place were anyone can go and feel comfortable!!. I feel so comfortable here than any other gym in the past. I don't feel judged at all.... more
