Excellent facility. Great space , plenty of equipment and cleaner than any other "gym" in the area. Workouts are fun, challenging and never the same. Johnny is a good coach and trainer.

I bought a groupon and made several calls to try to set up a time to start and my call was never returned.

Excellent programming, multiple workouts to choose from everyday (with plenty of scaled options if you are uncomfortable with some of the movements), great atmosphere and a fun environment
