I work out here almost every day of the week. The staff is always personable, and the equipment is very reliable. If there is an issue with a machine or station, the repairs are made quickly. The new management has done a great job stepping up the cleaning efforts. The new showers and lockers are also a plus.

This gym has always been good, but ever since new management was implemented, it greatly improved. Clean environment and a very friendly staff. They're doing a great job with continuing improvements to the gym.

The gym is a really big clean space with plenty of free weights and cardio equipment. Plenty of parking. They did a great job with the new locker rooms and new steam room. The staff is very friendly and management is excellent. 5 stars WOW Fall River.

I recommend this gym to just about anyone. This facility in Fall River is a little weird because it is in a mill but that is easy to get over for the size you get in return. The weights are usually free and maintained. The men's bathroom was pretty plain and looks clean every visit. For the price you pay it is a good deal just dont expect anything amazing and you'll be happy.

This gym is grimy AF. The equipment is not well maintained. The bathrooms are utterly disgusting. The weights are rarely ever in their proper place. At times the music is not playing despite it being a 24 hr. gym. The parking lot is not kept clean. The staff is disconnected and at times non-existent...I get the impression that some staff members themselves have never even worked out at a gym before. Honestly, if not for the camaraderie amongst the gym members this dungeon would be shut down...bring on Crunch Fitness!!!

Wish they'd work on the girls section, too small and have to wait for machine to be available....too uncomfortable to work outside.

The WOW in Fall River is very dirty. I would not even use the restroom. The equipment was dirty, carpets were dirty, the employees were standing around on their phones. I went there because I was in the area. I stayed 45 minutes on the elliptical and left. I wouldn't return to this location. The location in New Bedford is 100 % better!!

Totally pleased with it the air is fresh and clean even the bathrooms smell fresh very spacious with great machines love the windows and the wood ceilings

Poor Customer Service, i received a message on my phone saying about a error with my payment (My plan is the 10 dollars plan) and no one answered my calls to solve it, the number of ABC customer is just to say about your next payment to do, i really dont know why, but is saying to me that my plan is costing 69.99 dollars, i made a error joining this gym, cause most of the reviews are saying how bad it is.

I signed up in New Bedford and came to the fall River location this morning. The machines are dirty and gross, it smells and I probably won't return to this location. I realize it's an d building but there is no excuse for the ladies room to be dirty. I wouldn't use the restroom. New Bedford location is clean and bright and you can see the employees clearly take pride in their gym.

It's a good gym, with a good selection of workout space and machines. However, it's got a few difficulties that make it hard to come. The water does taste a bit funny, and the air handling can be a little unreliable at times. But, it has a lot of cardio machines that other franchise gyms do not have.
Tips for this gym:
In the winter, be careful when parking. The lot is built into a hill and lies on an incline. The way you park might make it harder for you to pull/back out. Ice and drainage sometimes make it slippery.

I was disappointed to go to the gym on a rainy day to practice exercising with my 13 year old daughter! They did not let her train for her age. A space created for the practice of exercise. They are collaborating for childhood obesity. The practice of exercise is good for all.

Club always seems clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only problem I have is when members sit at the machine and text and tie up a machine. How do you focus on your work out when you are texting ? Plus no one else can use that machine until your finished.

I go here regularly. The water tastes like iron, and sometimes the AC doesn't work... But the staff are nice and there's a large selection of machines and free weights. It's also always pretty clean. So for a gym it's a 4 star.

The gym has some great deals. Usually work out in the morning and the gym is not packed. Always can work out with what is needed. Definitely check it out!

The Manager on Duty in the Fall River Location is very rude and not customer oriented. I have been a Platinum member for many years and I have never been treated in such a disturbing manner. The very first time I brought a guest in was today 6/27/17. During class she walked in and told my sister she couldn't stay in the class. First of all it was embarrassing in front of all my friends and for my sister. I am have been trying to call corporate and of course they won't answer the phone. Very disappointed in the way we were treated. The WOW in Taunton is much better and nicer management. Also much cleaner. The bathrooms are disgusting in Fall River and so is the entrance.
