along with sighning up it states you have to come into the club or send a letter via mail to cancel i am sorry it offened you in any way but that is doing my job 100%%

Clean, gigantic, high ceilings, consistently comfortable temperature - it's a good place to get a solid workout. Parking isn't the greatest, but it's really not that difficult to walk a little further or at a different mall entrance.

They are open 24 hours, 5 days a week and scheduled hours the other two days and have a friendly staff at the front desk at night when open 24 hours. They are friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff. Lots of machines so there is no waiting. Tvs everywhere to take your mind off of the fact that you are working out

Good gym for people who have direction and knowledge about fitness who are looking for convenience and low cost rather than for amount of features and guidance.

I don't recommend this place at all. What they announce and the reality when you are there is totally different. Unprofessional manager, some of the staff lack customer service skills and the supposed certified trainer is a douchbag. Now I know... you pay cheap, that's the service you get CHEAP!
Don't recommend this planet fitness, others are ok... but like I say, the staff is a reflection of their manager... the only professional staff there is the assistant manager...

Nice staff, great equipment. Other members can be quite helpful too, giving pointers here and there or helping you out when you need it. It's a really nice environment to work out in and probably the least intimidating gym around. Unfortunately, if you are hoping to use a free bar, that was removed a little while back.

Great clean equipment. ..every kind of workout piece you would want...the staff are very friendly and approachable. ..price is right...can't beat it...just have to get ourselves here!

Great gym. Plenty of cardio / strength machines, and a good free weight section. Staff keeps the gym very clean

Supposed to be open at 7am on weekends... currently waiting outside door at 7:15 with doors locked tight.

This facility has the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever used. They rarely clean the toilets, replace the toilet paper or fix the broken dispensers or broken toilets. If the commute wasn't the most convenient for me, I would not consider going to this location.
P.S. Does bagel day even exist? I have gone a few times on bagel morning, and there were no bagels...
Other than the major bathroom disappointment, I do enjoy going here. The staff is usually friendly and the trainer knows his stuff. I wish I could give more stars. But, hygiene is important!
