The place is convenient.Staff is awesome they actually maintain the place.Machines are always clean and on perfect working conditions.I mean for what you pay there's really nothing to complain about honestly.For me Atleast.

This is a decent Planet Fitness location, but you can definitely tell that it is one of the older ones. The cardio equipment needs to be updated, there is no hydromassage, no Wifi, and no lay-down tanning beds. To me, the no Wifi is the biggest disappointment.

There equipment is bent. Need new equipment. The gym is between 80 to 85 degrees everyday. Disgusting. Water fountain water is worm and taste nasty. And employees are theives. Had my keychain stolen by an employee ,they were behind the counter. Would not recommend to anyone

I always receive excellent customer service at this gym. The staff are very professional and helpful. The fitness equipment is awesome. I highly recommend working out here.

I love going to this gym! Great customer service! And I TOTALLY ADORE MY TRAINER!
She is very patience with me plus keeps me motivated through my workout. I complete recommend you to visit it.

Very friendly staff who will greet you with a smile when you arrive and when you leave. The trainer is amazing! The entire facility is kept clean all around including the locker room.

Every time I work out here the gym is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. The bathrooms were kept very clean. Lots of good equipment. Staff is very friendly to me. I like it here.

Great location.. I don't think they are keeping up with this place. More than half of the treadmills DO NOT WORK. One sanitizer machine has been empty for MONTHS. Really! Find a better place.

The owner seems like they're more interested in pinching pennies than providing an enjoyable atmosphere. Cardio machines with tv's but no working tv channels and showers that you can't control the temperature OR how long they run for. Why? Much better PF's 5 minutes away.

DON'T sign up at the Planet Fitness in Chelsea,Ma. The staff treat customers horribly and commit illegal activities. They do not provide customer any documentation when signing up and blame the customer for employee errors so they can rob you of your money. This place is horrible!

Good place for an basic work out. Very little free waits. Members have a hard time placing free weights in there proper location.

Dude in the night shift is rude as hell. Always rolling his eyes when people come in. If he dont like working there than maybe he should look for another job stocking shelves or something if he don't like working with people.

Gym is disgusting! Showers run out hot water in 5mins, toilet seats slide off, toilets stalls doors don't work, urine all over the bathroom floors, sinks have no soap, only 2 sinks work, locker room is trashed and a lot of things broken, showers never get cleaned! They literally have dead bugs on the shower walls! Lost a shower shoe once while taking a shower there and had athletes foot for 5 months! Buckets of candy at the front desk and the gym isn't really 24/7. I transferred my membership to a much nicer planet fitness. If you ever go to real planet fitness you'll never want to visit this dump!

I have one complaint about this gym the members always hog the machines and dumples sometimes putting there stuff and going to other machines while still hogging the old one, so in short they act like they own them and when we ask for a spot they don't let us even when they are not playing the machine we want
