The worse place you wanna to be at the only thing they are interested is your moneys.i was told 15 days cancelation notice and I saw one of the reviewers here was told 25 days .i will never even think to be there again. SCAM
I had a bad experience I enrolled my children to the summer program and the business representative gave me the position and on a Friday two days before I started, she tells me that my children cannot go 2 weeks before I deducted the money my children were without babysistter because that I had told him that they were already in a program, now I have been asking for the payment of my money for 2 months and Mr. Elvin and the business representative of the East Boston office did not answer me, talk to the director and I am waiting for you to solve soon you can not play with people so tell them they have the position and on the last day they tell you that this is not really serious.
This place is amazing so friendly so good.. I'm happy I go there to work out. I wanna go to the marines and with that said thank you YMCA for helping me step a foot closer to my vision

The staff are genuinely just great people. They're sweet, their hospitable, their knowledgeable! Every time I had questions or curiosities, they'd always be up to help out.
Had a gym membership here, and it was a great value for what I got. Be aware of the clause that states you have to pay the next month if it's within 25 days of canceling. That sucked and should never have been a policy
Nice and quiet. Plenty of machines for the East Boston members. Staff is friendly and welcoming to all members. I do wish there was a water bottle fountain area instead of a classic water fountain.
