I found Lifted Fitness totally by accident after moving to South Boston and it was my luckiest find ever. This fitness experience is the real deal. A great workout, great crew of people and a great overall experience. I am stronger than I have ever been and I owe it to Mo & Pat and Team Lifted!

Pat and Mo are the best! I always leave feeling like I got a great workout and they provide great feedback on form so you know you're not going to hurt yourself.
Very tight schedule, organized and thoughtful. Trainer made the hour challenging but for all fitness levels in attendance.
This gym has everything you need for a great workout and nothing you don't. Straight-forward setting, a variety of fitness equipment, great trainers all make for a very challenging and effective workout. Highly recommend!
I've been to a lot of gyms in Boston and Lifted Fitness is hands down my favorite! The group classes are challenging but never intimidating. The classes are fun and intense and never get boring. Lifted has such a welcoming environment and also accommodates all levels of fitness.The best thing about the classes is that because they cap at15 people you always get individualized attention. The trainers, Pat and Mo, are experts in the field and are also super encouraging and motivating. I've never been to another gym where I'm greeted by name every time I walk through the door. Lifted has helped me get in better shape and for the first time ever I don't dread my workouts!
The real deal!!! Lifted's classes are fun, intense, and varied so you won't get bored doing the same thing over and over again. The classes are capped at a small size so the trainers offer a ton of individual attention, giving the class a personal-trainer vibe for a fraction of the price. I was hesitant to start strength training because I didn't want to bulk up, but these guys KNOW what they're doing. I've been training with Pat for over a year now and have lost more inches/felt stronger than I have after committing to any other exercise routine (spinning, barre, running...). Pat and Mo are genuinely smart and dedicated professionals who know how to have a good time but push you hard at the same time. Hands down best gym in Boston- check it out you won't regret it!
