The real deal!!! Lifted's classes are fun, intense, and varied so you won't get bored doing the same thing over and over again. The classes are capped at a small size so the trainers offer a ton of individual attention, giving the class a personal-trainer vibe for a fraction of the price. I was hesitant to start strength training because I didn't want to bulk up, but these guys KNOW what they're doing. I've been training with Pat for over a year now and have lost more inches/felt stronger than I have after committing to any other exercise routine (spinning, barre, running...). Pat and Mo are genuinely smart and dedicated professionals who know how to have a good time but push you hard at the same time. Hands down best gym in Boston- check it out you won't regret it!
