This place did exactly just that. The decor was simple, modern and elegant. We did a couple's massage and both had lovely masseuses who were very attentive.
Massages and Facials were fantastic but the front front desk people were awful. No customer service, screwed up the booking, and complete lack of customer service skills. What was supposed to be a fun girls day out turned into a complete let down. Will not be bringing my business back here!
Bianca at the front desk is extremely rude and is a poor representation of your company.

I have been a member at Exhale Battery Wharf for almost 6 years. Everything there is top notch from the classes to the spa. I have tried other Barre classes in Boston and they do not come close to Exhale. I recomend trying Acupuncture, a true facial (they taylor it to you!) and/or a deep tissue massage. The Spa is very relaxing and includes a beautiful hamam! (Coed steam sauna) nothing feels better on a cold day in Boston. It is worth the trip!

As a health care professional, I have done my research with skincare and facial products. After moving to Boston, I started seeing Victoria to improve my skin care regimen. Hands down she is the best for facials!! I have noticed such a difference in my skin over time. Less redness, more even tone and thats all thanks to her expertise. I have also sent friends & co-workers to see her at Exhale (with all different skin types) who have had great results. She is sweet and down to earth and takes pride in her work. Overall, highly recommend!

I'm giving Exhale two stars for the facial I received. However, I would not recommend you waste your money on booking a service at this facility. I think that for the money you can do much better booking at G2O or another Exhale. Here's why: tattered bathrobes, flooded shower area with no towels, ripped shower curtains, rot and rust. dirty restroom facilities, there was also a pile of vomit on the ground outside the window along the harbor where my treatment took place... I was NOT impressed. I would have understood if it was due to group exercise classes but me and a friend were the first ones there. I will not be returning and it's unfortunate since I just visited back in May of 2017 and it was amazing!

Alie Garcia-Cortez performs the best facials I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me after about maintenance care between monthly facials. Really looking forward to my facial with her next month already!

I had a 6:00 pm Express Manicure never happened, because their miserable tech stated at 5:50 pm, to me and her associate that "she didn't want to wait the 15 minutes it would take." I use to be the manager of a salon for several years, additionally I have been going to various salons (from street corner Vietnamese to high-end Spas Internationally) and I have never witnessed a ruder, more selfish example of piss-poor service in my life.
This was my second visit to Exhale. The two massage I have received were stellar! This visit credited me for service that was not performed on my first visit (I was suppose to have had 1.5 hour massage, but received a 1 hour service at that time). Evidently, I am very unlucky with my experiences at Exhale and I have learned my lesson.
I've only done fitness classes here but they are simply the best. They are challenging but also FUN and the instructors are FUNNY! Go here often, become more happy.
Our massages were excellent. Both masseuses were attentive, responsive, skilled and professional. The general spa staff ranged from very helpful to not very helpful/informative. The facilities are nice (major renovations since we were last here years ago!) although the chairs by the communal tub were uncomfortable enough that we headed back to our room to relax instead. We definitely recommend the Waterfall private tub.
Instructors are incredible and personalize even the most popular classes. Spa services have been of the highest caliber!- massages, facials, nails...I've never had a poor job.
Acupuncture with Lisa Bernazani has been wonderful! I felt better in the very first visit! Throughout 6 visits, my stress decreased, I started sleeping better and I had more energy. This is is the second time I've done acupuncture in my life and it's wonderful. It's like hitting the reset button from the inside out. Lisa is excellent! She made me feel so comfortable (I even fell asleep during one of my visits!) and she is very professional. I'm looking forward to having acupuncture with Lisa at Exhale again soon!
