I've worked with Steve at home and via on-line follow up. Also bought his DVD (which is very good). I found Steve trying to figure out how a 50+ male coming off neck surgery (but cleared for exercise) could engage in a weight training program that was safe for me but felt rigorous. I think his LROME approach is really effective and cutting edge. I feel like I am getting the benefits of dumbbell training without some of the residual issues I used to experience with other programs. Steve also includes a very strong stretching program in his workouts. Steve's not the run of the mill personal trainer you find at many gyms (and I've used a few). His knowledge of human anatomy and physiology is exceptionally deep. Steve is also one of highest integrity guys in the field you will ever meet.
