Absolutely horrible experience. Payed 15 bucks a month for 8 months to put membership on hold. Called to cancel after a year was told only in person. So I waited two weeks until I could go in. While there they cancel someone else on the phone. The. They whack you with crazy charges. They are a scam.

When I signed up I was told I could cancel my membership with a 30 day notice after my contract was over with no questions asked. I even clarified with them to make sure no fees would be charged to me as long as I met the time period of the contract. I went to cancel my membership and they told me it was a 10 dollar fee that they disclosed to me, which they did not. I said okay and just paid it. Then, I am told that I need to give a 45 day notice to leave the gym. I get charged another month and a half at a pro-rated cost. Again, this was not disclosed to me and I am upset, but just continue with it. Then, 4 days before my 45 day notice is up I get charged with an annual fee of 70 dollars. This place will try to take as much money from you as possible. They are not up front about anything with you and then they keep charging you for things that they claimed to have disclosed to you. I would stay far away from any BSC.
Dishonest liars. I had a month to month membership canceled my membership in the facility 8 weeks ago and they are still charging me!!!! called them every time my car is charged and they say this will be your last charge; and then it is charged the next month!!! I do not know what to do!!! the facility is good but if you will cancel membership you will probably hate it as much as I do now..
Watch out for personal training contracts and hidden monthly fees. The trainers do not understand the pricing and how it all works. I was told several times by a trainer that I would pay one price, then the gym charged me another. When I confronted the trainer about the issue she agreed about the price she gave me. She also stated she was sorry and would get it fixed. BSC didn't take any of this in consideration and said too bad. Not a great way to treat customers. If an employee makes a mistake your company needs to take ownership for it.

Half the treadmills are broken and they don't seem to like using the AC but the rest of it's nice
The service is rapidly failing, so isn't the infrastructure. It's always dirty. At least they're consistent
It's the biggest gym chain in Boston so it is convenient. Equipment is ok. Some gym locker rooms need some improvement.

Just joined. Love it so far. Friendly staff, nice amenities, great equipment. top notch.
Good location for the gym. A little on the small side, but there is a good variety of equipment from cardio to weights that is available. Turf area for TRX or swinging kettle bells is small though. Pool and spin studio available as well.
Small facility that gets very busy. Like all BSC sites its well run and maintained. Nothing at all wrong with this club but, its one of the smaller facilities and, its in a ultra-high traffic area so, its busy.
Facilities are great, but there isn't a manager there all of the I'm and I feel that many steps that other BSC took such as tours and a full walk through of the space we're ignored. Otherwise it's very clean and usually I am greated and said goodbye to when I leave.

Nice staff, schedule is pretty flexible. Good offers. Swimming pool, small but clean. Equipment could be in better or updated conditions. Sauna. More variety of classes will be a plus!

Desk staff is super friendly.
Machines are generally well-kept.
