As other reviews said, terrible people.
They only want your money, no respect or understanding for the customers.
The manager is rude and hung up on us when we called to figure out why we got charged for nothing.
We called again and another person picked up the phone. We only asked to cancel the charge for the current month ($79), which they charged for a full month. They refused to refund for any days that we didn't use (20 days), and compared us to "robbers" and told us that "EVERYBODY" thinks the policy is reasonable.
They give you an option to put on hold, but if you forget about it they will auto-renew it and charge your card without your knowledge.
I asked whether the issue is that they have no refund mechanism in place, they said there is one, but only if you get hit by a car or die that they can approve the refund. My apologies for having no faith but I don't think they'd be willing to issue a refund even if there was a nuclear apocalypse.
At the very least, read the contract carefully, and you will not sign it.
