Amazing experience at Title Boxing North Station!! All the trainers and staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome. I took Ian's class and loved the energy and skill level! Ryan made me feel right at home. I will definitely be signing up for a membership!

I have been a member at this club for over a year and can't say enough nice things about it. I joined with zero boxing experience and not much overall fitness experience but never felt uncomfortable even during the first class. The instructors here are all so approachable and each have a different style so each class is different which motivates you to be there multiple times a week. They offer a wide range of class times and there are plenty of bags, the members are all super friendly as well. Highly recommend if you are in the area to give these guys a try!

One of the best conditioning sessions I've seen. Before and after 8 boxing rounds of boxing.
Aaron's conditioning workouts really puts any HIIT circuits to shame. Jared and Ian are one of the best trainers for Personal training if you want to develop skills and form.

Predatory sales tactics.

Hello,
I have been a member for a little less than 2 months. When I signed up, I chose the year contract BASED on the information that was given to my by the manager Kit. The Title Boxing Gym I am associated with is Title Boxing Gym North Station in Boston. When I signed up, my housing situation was a bit precarious as I knew my building was for sale. When I signed up, I was given the information that I could cancel with NO fees (other than the last month) if I moved 25 or more miles away. I asked repeatedly if this was true and the manager assured me it was fine.

My building was recently sold and my work situation is taking me to Providence Rhode Island. When I emailed to cancel, the current manager Ryan insisted that it was my responsibility to read the contract I had signed. I spoke to a few of my colleagues at my firm and they said that the contract had been misrepresented. The manager is not open to working with me to find a resolution. I have many friends that attend that gym and I will insist that they stop due to the predatory nature of the sales people. I am open to paying the last month's dues but I will not pay the full cancellation as that is not what was communicated to me.

If we cannot come to a resolution, I will be disputing any withdrawals taken from my account as well as contacting the BBB.

It's always a challenge. I can't remember a time when I thought "I really regret going to class." I also like the community feeling Title has to it.

It was awesome!! I don't typically box but I got my ass whooped and had an awesome workout. I wish there were smaller packages for people who would box once a week because, though I don't see myself doing it all the time, I would like to come back

As other reviews said, terrible people.
They only want your money, no respect or understanding for the customers.
The manager is rude and hung up on us when we called to figure out why we got charged for nothing.
We called again and another person picked up the phone. We only asked to cancel the charge for the current month ($79), which they charged for a full month. They refused to refund for any days that we didn't use (20 days), and compared us to "robbers" and told us that "EVERYBODY" thinks the policy is reasonable.
They give you an option to put on hold, but if you forget about it they will auto-renew it and charge your card without your knowledge.
I asked whether the issue is that they have no refund mechanism in place, they said there is one, but only if you get hit by a car or die that they can approve the refund. My apologies for having no faith but I don't think they'd be willing to issue a refund even if there was a nuclear apocalypse.
At the very least, read the contract carefully, and you will not sign it.

Rod is incredible. Keeps the energy of the class going while also findings ways to motivate you individually. The combos were excellent, and I left the class dripping in sweat and feeling amazing and strong. Highly recommend!

Absolutely one of best gyms I've ever experienced. The facility is top-notch filled with all the equipment I need. The boxing classes are great and the instructors really know their stuff and actually care. There is always something new to learn and practice. And not for nothing you can't beat the prices of the various memberships. Everyone is so professional and kind which gives a family like atmosphere. I wish I had found out about you guys sooner.
