Overall I had a wonderful experience soul cycling. You do get exhausted if you're a first timer and not used to stationary cycling, but you'll get comfortable after a few visits.

Not a good place to work if you are cleaning staff or end up having any type of health issues they will discard you the most fake place I've ever worked for and I'm a very good employee
