Have been coming to this gym for about a year now. It won't be the best BSC you'll ever be in (a sauna would be nice), but its definitely a great place to workout.
Cardio: Plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, etc. I have never seen anyone ever waiting.
Strength: Very good, huge selection, but you can be waiting for some equipment if you come during peak hours. They have 2 squat racks, a smith machine, 3 flat bench press stations, 2 incline bench press station, 1 decline bench press station. Huge sets of free weights with multiple benches. All the other standard resistance equipment is also here.
Staff: Probably the best part! They are all super nice and helpful, even if they aren't directly training you. Many trainers will just help out with your form or offer other suggestions, just to be nice. The front desk staff is always so kind, they never miss saying goodbye to you.
Parking: Many other reviews here seem to hate that there is no where to park, but that isn't my experience at all. There is a MASSIVE parking lot literally next to the gym. It is a private lot for paying members, but they allow gym members to use it if you show up before ~6:30am, or if you come after 5pm when the monthly paying commuters start to filter out. I work out in the morning so this is awesome being able to park right next to the gym. If it is filled up, or you are coming during the day, they have an overflow lot on Malden St (which is like a 2 min walk) and also plenty of street parking on Malden. I have literally never had a problem.
