Very good trainers that get me to push myself

My training at Fitness Together has been the best investment I've made in years. Having danced and done yoga for many years, I thought strength training would be boring and I was so wrong! The trainers thoughtfully vary each session, yet keep the underlying principles consistent, so we are always building up my strength and skills. My posture has improved, knee and back pain is gone, and I feel great. As soon as I enter the the studio, I know I will be energized after the session, and ready for my day.

Including a great trainer and others I've worked with at FT, all are professional, knowledgeable and personable. Early in my training, I am encouraged and confident that I will reach my goals of more physical strength and balance. So far, so good!

The combined years of training expertise amongst the staff at FT South End is truly remarkable. While I have trained in the past at various private studios and gyms throughout the country, I can say that I have never been more challenged, motivated or consistent as I have with Marcy and Jeff.

Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to discontinue my training for 6 months. I saw my health decline and go drastically downhill. Fortunately today I was able to resume my training, immediately following my session I felt 110% better. I experienced a burst of energy, something I have not felt in months. I tried a few cheaper trainers, but being part of a special population with my health and size Fitness Together is the best for me.

Great location for those living in the South End. The personal trainers here know their stuff and work with you on a plan to help reach your goals. They change it up each week so it doesn't get boring. I love the personal interaction and motivation they offer. They offer 1:1 personal training or group training if that is more how you prefer to work out.

I've been a Fitness Together client for about 4 years now and it is the best! I've lost 18 pounds over the years, mostly through working out rather than through changing my diet much. I did have to take in all my skirts and pants - which is good news and bad news I guess! I don't have old lady "flaps" on the upper arms and my lab results and blood pressure are all pretty much perfect now. I know I wouldn't work out on my own, so having a personal trainer is really the only way I'd stay committed. And I have a fabulous trainer! She plans interesting workouts; she pays attention to my energy level and motivation and adjusts accordingly; and she makes working out fun. I can't imagine not going to Fitness Together!

Fitness Together is amazing! I look forward to my 1 to 2 appointments a week and feel like I'm maintaining an incredible fitness level. Yoga and Pilates used to be my preferred exercise but not any more. The individualized training and attention to my strengths and weakness keep me coming back. The trainers always challenge me with tough workouts, have me surprised at my own power, and work around my schedule making it fun and easy to stay fit.
