My training at Fitness Together has been the best investment I've made in years. Having danced and done yoga for many years, I thought strength training would be boring and I was so wrong! The trainers thoughtfully vary each session, yet keep the underlying principles consistent, so we are always building up my strength and skills. My posture has improved, knee and back pain is gone, and I feel great. When Jesse, Jill or Charles greets me at the door, I know I will be energized after the session, and ready for my day.
