I dropped in while in Boston and felt right at home!!! Everyone was very welcoming and the coaches very knowledgeable!! Enjoyed the programming as well! Also my husband enjoyed the open gym time! Thanks again KSCF!!
I dropped in here while visiting Boston on a business trip. Theresea coached the 5:15 PM class, she was a fantastic coach. Super friendly and led a great class,very knowledgeable too.
It's a nice little facility, very clean and well equipped. You also get access to the cambridge athletics club after your WOD if you'd like, as well as showers, lockers, and towels. I'd highly recommend this gym to any passerbyers looking for a box to drop into!

I went there 5 times during a 2 weeks stay in Cambridge. The box is in the Cambridge Athletic Club so when ever you book a session you have access to the club and get fresh towels. The trainers are knowledgeable and friendly and the workouts have been challenging and great fun. I would definitely go again and can only recommend to go there if you search for a great box in Cambridge or Boston.
