Horrible costumer service from upper management. Completely unaware or simply careless to customers issues. Kerri, is TERRIBLE, does not respond to emails, nor phone calls... i do not understand how she can work costumer service. The facility is beautiful overall, however, the machines are always broken, and there are always large classes going on in the middle of the main space, which leaves club members with no turf to work out on.. or leaves us all crowded together in the same little space. Mind you, this happens at peak hour (5:00pm). TOO EXPENSIVE for all this hassle.
