Terrible. They have a no guest policy, so when my fiance visits (~ 1 day per month) they don't allow her to come to the gym with me, despite having her liability forms on file. Terrible policy, not consistently enforced. Cancelled my membership, despite living the building.
This gym is pretty awful and not worth the money. I'd highly recommend several other places before here. I only went because we had a corporate discount, but immediately switched the first chance I got.
The equipment is newer, but the staff never clean or wipe anything down. Normally I wouldn't mind as much, but they also don't refill the dispenser wipes, which means that I can't clean them either. When you ask for the wipes to be refilled, the staff usually looks extremely put out and suggest you try a different dispenser -- this happened several times.
The locker rooms are OK at best. They seem to do the bare minimum -- if anything -- to fix any issues though. (i.e. it's normal for 1-2 of the 4 showers in the men's locker room to be out of order at any given time. The showers also seem pretty dirty and grimy. The one nice thing is that each locker is programmable so you can lock away your belongings.
Trust me, there are much better places nearby.
The employees are great and equipment is generally well maintained. My only complaint is that there has been no change (upgrades, new pieces) in the equipment in at least 5 years, so can get a bit monotonous compared with the larger chain gyms.

If anyone says this gym is not clean then they need to get their eyes reexamined; this gym is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. The staff is cordial and it's never too crowded. It offers a variety of exercises modalities and the bathroom/shower facilities are clean and well kept. The membership includes all three of the relatively local facilities; which is well worth the price. Highly recommended!
It is great place for cross fit. It's got very intense activities.
This is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. The facilities are spotless, the staff is friendly, and the classes are top-notch. If you're struggling, folks help you out--that's uncommon.
Great facilities (many free weights, lots of cardio machines), clean locker rooms, nice staff.
Probably the nicest of the three locations. Lots of equipment options. Weight floor options a bit more limited than the Coolidge and Longwood locations, but still great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I've been a member of this gym for 2 months, cancellation without problems.
I do only weight training, and overall it was good. Areas of improvement : buy a new EZ bar for biceps, heavier dumbbells (stops at 85lbs, should go to 100 at least), and the most important a machine for calves (there is no standing or seating calves machine, making the training a bit difficult for this muscle).
Otherwise it is clean and the staff is friendly.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the personal trainers are committed to your success! Great facilities with towel service, daily locker use, and a sauna. I love hitting the punching bag, putting up circuits, and rowing. There's always a positive environment to work out!

This place is NEVER crowded. There is a lot of good and nice equipment and plenty of space. The locker rooms are nice and the showers are super clean. There is only one stair machine, but since the gym is never crowded, it's not a big issue. I like this place because I can get in, get my workout on, and get out.
