The worst consumer experience I've had with any business. Literally shocked. I was (re) injured in a class and experienced sexist behavior from a male instructor (I am female) and the business responded by basically telling me to go F myself. I left the studio crying from physical pain and anger. You would think they'd want to retain the customer or at least their reputation, but I was actually shocked at the *incredibly* rude initial behavior & response. Abhorrent owner ethics. Can not recommend more lowly.
