I really appreciated the customer service I received at this location. I shop at Lulu a lot, and I'd ordered a top online that was defective (literally it pilled on the sleeve after one workout class). I brought it in and I was able to swap it out, no problem. This store also has a large selection compared to some other locations.
The do not respond to reviews which mean they aren't reading then reviews are DO NOT CARE what you have to say. Simple as that.
Very helpful service and amazing products. I was getting something for my wife and got some very good help from the staff. I had no idea what I was doing, but they definetly did. I will definetly come back here if I need another gift for my wife.
The Manager, Katie, went above and beyond the call of helping me! She took the time out of her busy day and called every store thru-out the northeast to help me find what I was looking for! She is the ultimate employee!

Walked in there with wife and three kids. Music playing was foul mouthed. Had to leave immediately. Could not believe that there policy would allow this.

The store is well organized and well staffed. The clothes are very expensive, yet still degrade easily. A pair of athletic pants ripped the first time I wore them to yoga. I brought the pants back and they did stitch them up and they haven't torn again since. Unless you like the brand name, there are a lot of other athletic clothing stores offering similar products at a lower price.
