After being told that they have a sream room at a preferred location by my home,and starting membership online..yeah NEVER start a membership without checking out the facility first. Well I get there and NO steam room, was told to walk or drive to the nearest location that had steam room. My daughter was with me and had a free 3 day pass she wanted to utilize before signing up herself. Well the guy at first didnt want to honor her 3 day pass, and kept trying to sell her stuff. After that 1 day and 1experience, I kept calling day 2,3,and 4 of joining online. Told sales manager that I was still within my 10 day cancellation period, and I want to cancel because if I have one bad experience I'm only gonna have another bad experience and besides I only go to use amenities. He said ok. No pressure I even quoted him where it says during my 10 days I have a right to cancel with no penalties. Well,guess what I got in the mail a month after that(A bill,from a collection agency,demanding $30+) so not only did one location lie about tge amenities,another location try to sell and even upsell,the sales manager did who knows what that I am now in collections.
