Move the weights out from behind the racks. Then no one has to stand around waiting for someone to finish their reps for no reason. A little organization would go a long way with this place.
Edit: This is a legit review. The weight plates are placed in a really awkward location, and it drove me nuts.

The installation is nice, price is reasonable, and they master the art of training.
