LOVE this location!!! The instructors are ALWAYS in tune with the class and its participants of different levels and comfort. Coming here helps me find my center, even on the most challenging of days be it physical or mental.

Every teacher at Medford is so amazing and inspiring. The quality of yoga is top notch and it is always the perfect temp in each studio. The bathrooms & showers are so clean thanks to the SET team! I love the feeling of the tight knit community when you are at the Medford Studio! Couldn't recommend it enough!

It is so nice to know what type of class to expect at all of their studios (I have also been to ones in Orange County and Atlanta where my siblings live) when I am very picky about my yoga teachers. The teachers all consistently make you WORK in the sculpt and C2 classes I attend, and the playlists are always on point and so crucial to my enjoyment, as well.

Kim's Hot Power Fusion class was absolutely amazing! The poses, the temperature, and the pace of the class was just right - I left the class feeling mentally and physically well balanced. The staff there were very helpful and friendly, the studio was clean, locker room had plenty of storage and showers. I also liked that they provide locks for each locker - not many studios offer that type of amenity. Not to mention that there's a free week trial which gives people a chance to try different classes without feeling the pressure to make a membership decision after ONE class. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

The sculpt classes are a perfect mix of yoga flow, cardio, weights and core work.

Very nice studio with amazing classes. Bring your own towel, mat, and water you'll need all three.
I love that every instructor has his or her own teaching style so that each class I take is different and challenging.

overfilled classes makes it hard to not bump into people sometimes. Not a turn on to be so close.
I absolutely love this studio. It's clean and welcoming. There's a decent size parking lot. The instructors are all unique, helpful and knowledgeable. I particularly like the Hot Power Fusion (Hot Yoga) classes. The room is set to approximately 104 degrees and there is 40% humidity. Each class you generally run through the same poses, the instructors help adjust your poses if you're comfortable with it. I always leave the class feeling refreshed and more positive about the day.
You can rent a mat or towel for $2 each if you forget yours at home. There's also water for sale. There's also a dressing room and bathroom that are always very clean. The front desk area also has yoga attire for sale.
The only issue I have with this studio is that it is pretty pricey for membership (which doesn't take away from my rating). However, they did have Groupon occasionally as well as student discounts that make it more affordable. Additionally, the first week is free for newcomers.

Amazing classes! We took Yoga Sculpt and it was definitely more intense than what we thought it would be but would definitely go back.
Some of their classes are heated so you just have to check their class description to see if it is what you are looking for.

Convenient class schedules & consistent classes! Love having early morning, evening AND afternoon options at multiple locations in and around Boston. No-one else offers classes throughout the day to compliment non-nine to five jobs. The teachers are amazing. HPF and sculpt classes are consistently great across all locations. Please open a location in East Boston soon!
